We add value by making people more valuable to the marketplace that they are in. We leave those people better able to control their business numbers, which makes them more valuable to their business. This in turn makes Metworx more valuable to our clients, and they pay for our services. It’s all about the numbers. Always. For us to add value, the client’s numbers must improve. For the clients numbers to improve, their expenditure behavior must change. So, for us to add value, we need to know our clients Numbers, we need to know their Business, we need to know their People, and most importantly, we need to know our Stuff [what we do, and how we do it]. We have to be able to reliably engineer improvements to the clients numbers, and we often use a Short Term Win [STW] results to show the client what is possible. We identify suitable numbers, take aim at them in partnership with the client, and then use the principles to focus on the number. Control first, then control & improve. Being a Behavior Engineer means being able to impact the numbers consistently, on more than one site. We add value by being able to pass this skill on internally and externally – i.e. help / mentor someone else to do this, reliably and consistently. Metworx (Pty) Ltd was formed in 1995 in South Africa. Since then we have undertaken Behaviour Engineering interventions on 47 separate sites in Southern Africa, West Africa and Russia. Show less
