As a founding partner of this organisation I developed an innovative model for the provision of medical services (diagnostic and treatment in sleep medicine) that grew to become the market leader provider in this therapeutic area in Australia. This model disrupted established services and traditional methodologies in this market. Key stakeholder management involved liaison with doctors, clinical opinion leaders government legislators and payors, high tech suppliers, customers and independent business owners. Responsible for the successful application for Item 12250 – Home Based Sleep Studies via Medical Services Advisory Committee (MSAC), the Australian Department of Health. Managed the franchise team network, provided ongoing business development, business coaching and sales training and sales team management and I spent 12 months in India investigating the potential launch of the business into South Asia.
