I started at Watkins Motor Lines October 1995. FedEx Freight Purchased Watkins in 2006. Parts Coordinator from 1995 until 2011 received a promotion to Manager Parts Administration. Supported 75 Fleet Maintenance Locations East of the Mississippi. October of 2017 Responsibilities expanded to cover 140 + Fleet Maintenance Locations Nationwide. Responsibilities have/currently include: Developing/maintaining Monthly reports involving pivot tables, extensive excel spreadsheets, and queries. Developing and maintaining National Account Parts programs. Working with Corporate account vendors to Negotiate programs/pricing. Training new parts coordinators. Mediate any issues between parts coordinators, billing department, and vendors. Quality Driven Management Coach. Manage Invoice Reconciliation Team. Manage Warranty Recovery Team.
