Steve and I worked together while on a Customer Service assignment during the Strike that took place during the summer of 2011. This was a highly stressful assignment that Steve jumped into feet first, doing his best to take care of our customers with limited training. This was a very trying time for the Verizon management team, one in which Steve showed great composure and a desire to take care of the customer, all while feeling a strong corporate responsibility to Verizon.
