Responsible for actively managing the spare parts sales activity across all customers to ensure maximum sales and profit are delivered, while ensuring customer satisfaction through reduction in lead times for critical orders and key deals. Taking spare parts inquiries through email and telephone and liaising with offices in Germany and France to ensure all parts required are shipped quickly and correctly directly to customers across the UK. Manage a ring-fenced stock which supports our tailored contracts to provide next day delivery for critical spare parts. This enables the customers business to continue to run smoothly, avoiding disruption and delays at their side. Responsible for maintaining and negotiating contracts surrounding plant maintenance and upkeep to ensure budgets are met and health and safety legislation is adhered to.
