Interned for the Sunshine Network (Sun Sports/FSN) during the Tampa Bay Lightning's start of the season in October of 2003. At mid-season (January 2004) I was hired on to work as an Utility and I became a part of the Tampa Bay Lightning's first Stanley Cup run to victory!       "Smart Certify Direct" was that actual name of the company which was owned by Skillsoft. I was trained in the art of sales to find out the client's "Big Problem." Learned how to listen, acknowledge, empathize and create a training solution for various IT clients that were not currently certified in their fields of expertise. Selling Smart Certify Direct's online IT training for certification was the daily goal and I worked mostly on a commission basis. The purpose was for our clients to further there skills with a certification to back them up which would result in them making more money.
