  Responsible for managing the overall performance of key distributors. Involved in Every Dealers Survey (EDS) for a territory thus mapping & routing all the outlets in assigned territory. Executed model outlet plans & picture of success (POS) in all retail outlets in my territory. Opened new outlets in existing & unexplored channels such as churches & commuter channels. Set new routes & rerouted existing ones for effective and efficient distribution. Improved merchandising, account development and order generation capabilities of distribution sales personnel.
