I have been fortunate enough to see Stephen grow through our Academy to becoming an excellent clay modeller with a natural flair in design. Stephen joined Futura to gain some work experience. Immediately from his energy and enthusiasm we could see he was someone we wanted to stay part of the Futura family. Following 2 weeks with us we offered him a position within our Academy and helped develop Stephen as a modeller and as a person. Ultimately we provided the tools but it was Stephen who took the opportunity put in front of him. We worked together for 10 months at Skoda in Czech Republic as clay modellers. As a modeller he is very talented and will go far in his career, certainly an aptitude for sketch modelling. As a person he is extremely loyal, dedicated, and not a bad footballer!
