  I perform maintenance/repair on plumbing, including repair of flush valves, drain cleaning when necessary, repair of leaks in domestic water supply piping and drainage systems, preventative maintenance of domestic hot water heating systems, and maintenance of storm water drainage systems in the district. I also repair single phase and 3 phase electrical systems, including replacement of light switches, outlets, diagnosis/repair of problems with building circuitry, and design/installation of new circuits. I provide maintenance for all of the commercial food service equipment in the district, including repair of steamers, steam kettles, ovens, dishwashers, hot food serving line equipment, reach-in coolers, and walk-in coolers/freezers.
