Stephen has been an excellent service provider to me and my company for several reasons, he is a business partner and shares in the success of the project, he is creative and willing to find a solution for sometimes impossible problems, and he is invested in the business relationship. Stephen has made a practice to understand a company's industry, competitors, weaknesses, strengths, and needs before a meeting, so that he can provide a viable service to the company. It was impressive to see him with my operations group because he understood them and yet understood how we worked together. His approach made it very easy to work with him and want to continue to work with him.
