  As Program Manager I am responsible for direct supervision of the Counselors, Case managers and Treatment Aides as well as maintaining compliance with the DYS standards and The Bridge, Inc. Policy and Procedures. The manager is also responsible for creating staff and client schedules, staff trainings, program maintenance, and all other program duties.
