Stephen has that rare drive to always seek out the right thing to do. He is extremely knowledgeable and yet he will seek out others’ perspectives and consider what is the best action for the greatest success of the company and his team. I have worked with Stephen for several years. We worked together on the Supply Chain Strategic Planning Team, Leadership and Collaboration Team, and on various other projects. He is dedicated to both the good of the company as well as the good of the workforce. He can balance both of these better than most people I have worked with in my career. Stephen would be an excellent addition to any organization looking to improve through business process improvement and leadership development.

In just a very short period of time, Stephen has been able to reorganize DEN's controls department and has it running profitably. He is very detail oriented and an organized person and has his team working very efficiently. He is an outstanding manager and a pleasure to work with; a great team player!
