From our base in South Manchester our teams of Design Engineers and Project Managers, design and manage expertly engineered solutions to meet the needs of our expanding client base. ECS Consultants undertake a wide range of feasibility work, ranging from cost consulting to the development of mechanical and electrical engineering refurbishment programmes. Planning - We also provide input on building design. A passive solution can help to avoid the need for more expensive mechanical cooling and ventilation system. Design - Design solutions are energy efficient, practical and maintainable. ECS work closely with other team members during the early stages of design to agree principal service routes detailing void, riser and plant room spatial requirements. Electrical Engineering - The ECS electrical engineering group activities range from high voltage protection systems to lighting design solutions that are not only functional, but provide mood lighting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of any building. Part L Compliance - ECS have fully embraced the new Approved Document Part L enabling our practice to be involved in the early stages of planning and able to influence building design to achieve Part L compliance.
