I’ve had the pleasure of working with Stephen for more than several years at IBM Cloud during which, he has helped me in providing world class service and support to our customers. Stephen consistently demonstrates an abundant willingness to help out his colleagues, and customers whenever needed. Above all, I'm always impressed with Stephens amazing attention to detail as a subject matter expert on a myriad of complex IT subjects such as system administration, gateway routing, and platform migration. Stephen would be a true asset for any positions requiring a system administrator, or an expert IT generalist of any sort for that matter, and comes with my heartfelt recommendation.

Steve has always been really helpful to everyone in the building no matter what kind issue crops up with our computers or network. He's really quick, reliable, and accurate. There's never been a problem that's come up that Steve hasn't been able to resolve.
