• Drive efficiencies in our Site Safety systems while reducing risk and maintaining operating flexibility through: o Providing knowledge and training to appropriate groups via various methods o Manage the Site SW practice Assessment Program. Use of new automated audit  Revise, implement, analyze and retain statistics for the Site Assessment Program for 2016. This includes keeping stats of audit results and using information for Operator SWP certification program.  Collect data from new SWP audit tool. Ritualize process to review data, to assess gaps o Ensure 100 % of items in 2016 compliance plan (related to Safe work practices) are completed to reduce risk and improve systems. . • Collect data on gaps in H&S culture and systems and initiate solutions with the EHS group, or by supporting operations group to eliminate these gaps. o Observe and address safety concerns with individuals and with their supervisor • Take advantage of developmental opportunities o JSA review, permit issuing as business needs – adjust role and be flexible as reviewed with Project Leader • Interactions with MOL are conducted within the corporate requirements and with professionalism.
