Fiberglass, kevlar, carbon fiber, foam/honeycomb cores, secondary bonds, bagging, resin-infusion, charting vacuum/temperature, curing, trimming and storage. - Assembly: using coordinate system, trimming, jigging, and installing aircraft sub-assemblies/assemblies. Bonding, corner tapes, closeouts, resin wiping, fuel sealing, MOD’s, repairs, shimming, precision drilling, reaming, sealants, Clickbonds, hardware installation, body work and paint. - Use of AC 43-13 and technical manuals for system installation methods, techniques and practices. - Hydraulic, pneumatic and fuel systems.
