Most students don't really focus on their instruction during the high school years. Since most students don't focus their minds, the instructors themselves don't focus their skills to these students. In my time at Swartz Creek High School, there are only a few educational instructors who stand out to me. Mr. Stephen Keskes was one of those facilitators. His dedication to his students is one of the best I experienced in my 4 years a a student in this high school. His skills and willingness to learn in the theater department brought a stressed theater director to a level of comfort that we only saw rise again when Mr. Keskes resigned from Swartz Creek Community Schools. Any district who brings this man on as part of their team will find one of the hardest working educators in Michigan and will find a man that is truly passionate about the educational system and its abilities. I would recommend Mr. Stephen Keskes for any position within the school educational system.

Steve Keskes was the most personable public school administrator that I ever met! He took the time to recognize his students and their families individually! He is the only educator that ever called me just to tell me how proud he was of my son for something he had done well! Usually you only get calls from the school for negative reasons only. Mr.Keskes's innovative and caring leadership skills are what allowed him to successfully launch the Pinckney New Tech High School Program. His skill set would be an asset to any organization that he is part of!
