  Certified by US Army Cadet Command and the State of Louisiana as a JROTC Instructor / Teacher and serves as the Senior Area Coordinator for all US Army JROTC programs in Northeast Louisiana. Directly responsible for managing Bastrop High School’s JROTC program. Provides hands-on instruction and leadership opportunities for 180 high school Cadets within the program. Provides learning and teaching opportunities geared at “motivating young people to become better citizens.” Teaches students leadership, conflict management, government, health, and organizational leadership skills ranging from small groups to large elements. Works with government and non-governmental organizations to provide JROTC Cadets with opportunities to learn and grow within the community.

  TRADOC Capability Manager: Appointed by the Commanding General, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command as the Agency Lead for all maneuver support program management and integration equities in the Army. Designed and led organizational change within the Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, the Brigade Special Troops Battalions, and the only Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear and High-Yield Explosive Operational Headquarters in the U.S. Army. Instrumental in identifying and operationally deploying select units into both theaters of operations. Directed a senior level management team overseeing and managing all operational functions for said organizations. Served as technical advisor to U.S. Army Commands and Combatant Commands.  By name appointment and “Chartered” by the Commanding General, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command  Recognized as the U.S. Army’s Subject Matter Expert for the Maneuver Enhancement Brigade organizationDirector, Counter-Improvised Explosive Device Directorate, November 2010-November 2011Provided executive level leadership for a 122-member team that was responsible to Headquarters, U.S. Army and U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command for all Counter-Improvised Explosive Device initiatives being developed, distributed, and utilized by all conventional U.S. Army forces. Demonstrated hands on leadership for the Army’s C-IED Program and served as the senior staff officer and advisor to the TRADOC Commander for all C-IED working group issues. Managed a $30 million annual budget and provided oversight for institutionalized Counter-IED training throughout the U.S. Army, and tested and evaluated multiple emerging technologies before deploying them into a theater of war
