Effectively mitigating IT-related problems for a user- database of 5000 users in-house and the entirety of the UK on the front-end DBS websites, requiring me to work under immense pressure to targets and deadlines. • Exploring GA4 data to track customer journeys through the client’s public websites to analyse UI performance for customers and identify regions on a customer journey to improve. • Liaising with third-party suppliers & connecting with different departments, building relationships quickly and effectively, positively impacting the client and their end users. • Adhering to strict SLAs & KPIs is very time sensitive as we are sometimes required to complete tasks within one hour, making me used to handling pressure regularly. Ultimately this role has changed a lot since I started and has taught me discipline; I have learned to become adaptable, face adversity and continue to give still everything to the company, making me think on my feet and learning to solve problems you can only learn through gathering experience in a pressured environment.
