  Basic responsibilities of this position was to ensure that the policies and procedures set by the company were being followed and to help solve any problems involved with the completion of any projects. This had a lot to do with ensuring people were communicating and assisting with the actual project. I was responsible for several different areas of the store at one time with a force of 10-15 people spread out over several shifts.
