I had the pleasure of having Steve as a trainer for the past three summers during the first week of the Summer Analyst Program at J.P. Morgan. Steve is both knowledgeable and passionate about the industry, contributing to why his training program has been so influential in both my development and the development of my peers. The Summer Analyst program is definitely one which is very rigorous and I give Steve the highest regard for preparing students to have a successful summer irrespective of their firm or desk. I have sat with three different groups (Credit, SPG, FX) and have been equally well prepared to join the desk after Steve’s training. Additionally, Steve goes above and beyond as a trainer, getting in early and staying after the session is over each day to answer questions that students have. He also acts as a resource into the summer and truly cares about the success of the analyst class. He was exceptional at making us think about the meaning and interpretation of our output, and in explaining complex concepts in an easy to understand way.
