After working in the inside sales role, I was promoted to outside sales where my biggest focus was on maintaining and expanding my book of business. I used the skills learned from my previous role to expand out into the field by providing installation and attending more customer-faced experiences. Outside sales has helped me broaden my knowledge into more administrative duties within the branch as well.
