      Ashesi University started this initiative in 2017 with the goal to form a network of exemplary higher-ed institutions that will, in 10 years, educate 1.1 million ethical leaders who are career-ready to start their businesses, lead industries and transform economies. The initiative takes a collaborative approach to pool institutions together from the East, South, West and Central regions of Africa to form that critical mass to influence policies and improve higher-ed outcomes on the continent. My activities and milestones included the following**Spearheaded the organization of 4 continental Convenings to build the capacity of university and faculty in entrepreneurship, ethics and leadership education.
