  Ashesi University started this initiative in 2017 with the goal to form a network of exemplary higher-ed institutions that will, in 10 years, educate 1.1 million ethical leaders who are career-ready to start their businesses, lead industries and transform economies. The initiative takes a collaborative approach to pool institutions together from the East, South, West and Central regions of Africa to form that critical mass to influence policies and improve higher-ed outcomes on the continent. As a Programs Coordinator, I spearhead the designing and implementation of programs and projects that build sustainable systems and retool institutional capacity and focus on improved outcomes. My activities and milestones included the following**Spearheaded the organization of 4 continental Convenings to build the capacity of university and faculty in entrepreneurship, ethics and leadership education. Engagements in these Convenings grew from 40 universities to 159 and impacted over 600 university leaders across 10 countries in Africa**Managed volunteers, speakers and organizing partners for the organization of the Convenings**Supervised grant administration including proposal review and provided technical guidance to about 10 beneficiary universities and ensured progress and milestone-based performance measurement**Led the creation and management of 4 communities of practice involving 50+ educators for research, entrepreneurship, employability, and ethical leadership, and managed knowledge products creation and dissemination across institutions in the Education Collaborative network**Designed needs assessments and conducted program feasibility studies that improved programs offering**Provided research, impact analysis and writing support for the development of a 10-year strategic plan that seek to impact a million students on the continent by 2030 Show less

Through its African subsidiary, Point de Vue Afrique(PDA), POV engages in impactful projects in areas of Agriculture, Health and Education in more than 10 African countries with much presence in Ghana, Ivory Coast, Niger, Cameron, Nigeria, Kenya. I interned with PDA through a local partner in Ghana called Zepto Limited.
