July 18, 2018 To whom it may concern, I had the privilege to have Stephen Guidone work as an intern for me during the Spring 2018 semester. Stephen worked very closely with me for approximately 3 months on a comprehensive website enhancement project. He was responsible for conducting interviews, editing current content, generating new content, researching other institutions, and identifying best practice trends. Stephen proved to be a very hard-working employee. He is very organized and had a large number of responsibilities during his semester with us but managed them effectively. He asks good questions and is quick to learn. His ability to write website-ready content improved significantly as he integrated our feedback into his writing style. He is a self-starter, teachable, and expects excellence of himself and those around him. When the semester concluded, we had a position open in our office and I encouraged Stephen to apply for the role. While he chose not to pursue it at the time, my desire to consider him for our role speaks to the quality of work he provided for our office. Stephen will be an asset to your organization. Let's talk about a guy who joined our team and immediately hit the ground running. Stephen offers a unique set of experiences that has set him up for any sales role. Stephen is a true professional and I always admired the way he carried himself in the office. During his time at Flexera, Stephen was never shy to share his knowledge with the team. Between our live dials and high level role plays, we were a well oiled machine. I will always miss competing with Stephen, he truly made me a better SDR.
