Sales Star – High Performer (S4). I have been fortunate to have Stephen Gruchot on the team for the past two years. He is one of the best trained, professional sales people I have ever worked with which includes outside sales reps. His knowledge of the sales process is excellent; and he never forgets the core basics that lead to a successful sale. His ability to learn complex medical information and package it for the customer is a strong skill he possesses. Stephen always knows his numbers and what is still needed to finish above plan at any point in the week, month or quarter. He consistently delivered on his goals. Above all else, Stephen operates with integrity. I would not hesitate in recommending Stephen for any sales position where a consistent high performer is needed.
