      My role at BPP encompasses all aspects of the working environment. i work in a team of 6 and also work independently. I have gained many new skills that I believe will be beneficial to any workplace. I am IOSH certified and hold a valid certificate. I am fire safety and first aid trained and hold valid certificates for both. My main duties include but are not limited to: ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES I am competent in the use of MS Office programs. The distribution collection and scanning of exam scripts and ensuring the are sent to the correct markers in a fast and efficient manner via courier. The sole team member responsible for all external and internal archiving. Ensuring all statutory paperwork is in order and that all aspects of the building are fully compliant with UK regulations. DSE inductions for new staff members. Ensuring classroom materials arrive on time and in full, then distributing them within the building. MAINTENANCE DUTIES. Regular building checks to ensure the building is maintained to it's highest possible standard. Liaising with contractors to see that works are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Carrying out basic repairs around the building, including but not limited to locks, furniture repair and other miscellaneous tasks. HEALTH AND SAFETY DUTIES Giving first aid when required. Inventory and ordering of all first aid equipment. Reporting all first aid incidents to our health and safety executive and keeping all records up to date. Weekly fire alarm testing. Regular inspection of fire safety equipment including extinguishers and evac chairs. In the event of a fire alarm, overseeing the safe and swift evacuation of all people from within the building. Ensuring there is the correct amount of fire marshalls within the building at all times. I.T troubleshooting is also an important part of my role so i am proficient in the use of classroom based computer hardware and software.
