I did my field training portion of the training and education needed to become a licensed inspector in Ma. with Stephen Gaspar. I was very pleased with his methodology and impressed with his breadth of knolwedge as well as his overall pleasant demeanor with me and his clients. i felt i received outstanding training with him and I am glad to now call him a friend. I have since passed the National Exam and have been licensed by the state thanks to Stephen and his expertise.

I trained Steve, among other inspectors, when I owned and operated Home and Hearth inspections, LLC. He is excellent and has a real dedication to doing inspections in a professional and courteous manner. I highly recommend him without any reservations.
