We have a unique and lengthy history inspecting antique and historic homes in the Massachusetts and Rhode Island areas and are comfortable consulting at any age construction property. With this we are also experts of current and late-era construction practices. We are members of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) as well as adhere to all state licensing requirements. ASHI is the most respected professional association for home inspectors in North America and its Standards of Practice & Code of Ethics have set the absolute highest industry benchmark for professionalism and has become part of many pieces of legislation throughout the United States. We provide water quality with the use of state certified labs and are qualified Radon testers. We perform EMF (electromagnetic fields) surveys and perform flow/yield services on residential and some commercial water well systems. Our typical clients are looking to learn about their properties and prevent costly future surprises. There are usually some issues at just about every home that haven’t been disclosed or discovered yet. Being made aware of these issues is the first step. Correcting them is second. Learning preventative practices to stop persisting issues is the last and most valuable measure we will provide guidance to better understand.
