This is a personal opinion of my observation of Mr. Franks. The service given by his office to the Northern Action Group in the battle with the Local Government Commission and his attention to the High Court hearing by members of his team gave me new hope that the N.Z legal system is still accessable to those who are ever hopeful for an outcome that sees justice served.
Gilbert (Gil) Elliott
I cannot recommend Stephen highly enough. He is honest, straightforward and very knowlegable especially about public law. I have seen him many times chairing public meetings and he is impressive.
