Establish a working relationship with all the companies involved 6. Install the software and process library 7. Specify the electronic and package requirements 8. Design the schematic of the IC 9. Simulate the IC 10. Layout the IC 11. Verify the IC (DRC/LVS) 12. Tape out for a multi-project wafer 13. Design the evaluation test gear 14. Design and specify the test sequence 15. Evaluate the results 16. Approve for manufacture 17. Organise manufacture 18. Continue with the development of future products using the IC Show less
