  Supply the lines with product by preparing the Yogurt and Sour Cream mix, including pasteurizing of the products. Procedures are performed via panel boards including batching and blending and CIP (Clean In Place). This role is critical to the success of the process and the ability to run production. • Safely set up, inspect and verify equipment for all start up’s, run time, changeovers and shutdowns. Perform all procedures in CIP, Panel Board, Batching and Culture Tank Duties in accordance with established standards. Conduct and verify equipment adjustments. • Evaluate issues and using business expertise, develop solutions and implement action plans. • Use established product specifications and standard operating procedures to set up and operate lines, tanks, equipment, prepare yogurt mix and conduct quality inspections during specified stages of processing including the use of established SQF forms and SAP business software. • Troubleshoot and correct processing issues. • Wash and set up lines and tanks for CIP, Transfer bulk dairy products (raw milk, condense skim and cream), receive bulk chemicals, make yogurt mix and pasteurizing the mix, ensure that production lines are supplied with product. • Responsible for reporting and taking any necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring.
