Bio
George Riddell PMP CSM
Stephen worked for me on the Portal Modernization project for U. S. Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. His initial assignment was handling the Tier II Technical Support Desk. He did an excellent job. He exceeded the normal expectations of assisting users find solutions to their problems within required response times. He actually assumed the reporting and scheduling duties of the Technical Support Manager when funding for that position was cut. Stephen advanced his technical knowledge of our network and server infrastructure to become a System Administrator where he also performed very well. Stephen is very responsible, diligent, technically astute, and eager to learn. I would strongly recommend him for any project requiring these attributes.

Stephen is one of the hardest workers I know. He works diligently on all problems assigned to him - regardless of how late he will have to stay. Many times he was called on after hours (frequently after midnight) and he was always available to start troubleshooting. He demonstrated a particular aptitude when working with security problems - he used this to its full advantage so that he could discover new security vulnerabilities which helped to make our application more secure. I would always want to have Stephen on my team if possible - he's the kind of heavy lifter that you need in order to make progress.
