  The Chief Operations Officer (COO) of CIE Tours International is a key executive leadership position, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and responsible for the efficiency of the business. In addition to oversight of ongoing daily operations, service activities and procedures, the COO role provides leadership for cross-functional projects, service delivery activities, input for company strategy, and also assembling business cases to support planning and decision making by the CEO and executive team. The COO role also provides general management for day to day operations of the CIE Tours International Dublin and UK offices. As a key member of the executive management team, the COO works to actively engage teams across the company, fostering employee alignment in support of corporate strategy, innovation and sustainable business growth.

  ITIC is the Irish Tourist Industry Confederation. The representative body of the Irish tourist industry, it works with Government Agencies, Tourist Boards, North and South, Tourism Ireland Limited, the EU, and other organisations whose activities impact on tourism. In particular, the focus is on research, casemaking and influencing policies, which shape the future of Ireland's Tourist Industry.
