• Responsible for assisting construction projects as an superintendent • Develop and maintain on-site logistics plans and procedures for the field operations. • Interface with all on-site work teams including subcontractors to resolve problems, ensure quality, safety, scheduling and achieving schedules in support of overall project objectives. • Responsible for adjustments to construction blue prints and CAD drawings for installation. • Conduct physical site surveys using a variety of equipment and tools • Maintain close coordination with engineering, estimating, and project management team to assure work complies with drawings, specifications and schedule • Communicate effectively with project management executive assist in accurate contract items lists and shop drawing schedules • Attend weekly project team meetings to ensure open communication and swift issue resolution. • Assist in development, updates of master project schedule as needed. • Establish and maintain document controls to assure work is aligned with latest design documentation and approved shop drawings. • Maintained and enforce the Site Safety Plan always on project sites. • Assure continuous maintenance of the safety program and conduct weekly safety meetings, regular tool box talks and safety pre-task meetings. • Conduct weekly foreman meetings assuring minutes are prepared and distributed accurately and timely. • Monitored required risk controls to insure properly established and maintained as per corporate operations policies and procedure manual. • Review of RFI’s, submittals, transmittals, NTP’s, daily reports, change orders, and SOV. • Directly involved with projects such as: o Governor’s office of Storm Recovery Hurricane Disaster Relief o Economic Development Community Brooklyn Army Terminal Renovation o Lexington Ave Theatre o Red Hook Sandy Library o Chief Medical Examiner’s Office
