Starboards retail shopping center acquisition strategy is purchase prices of $5-$20 million for 1031 qualifying investments, usually structured as a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST), multi tenant with no tenant representing more than 20% of the income, preferably at least 12 tenants, 3-5 year lease terms with FMV lease options and at least 80% occupied. For non 1031 qualifying, projects with repositioning and redevelopment opportunities and higher vacancy are desired.
