  Key Achievements: ● Facilitated large work order inventory management and production runs in excess of 60,000 dozen (120,000 6 packs).● Implemented complete procedures for large work orders and the impact created by dry goods deliveries into our site. This led to key actions that smoothed out mass deliveries into our site across the week to avoid bottle necks and overloading Warehouse Operators. This required extensive communication with suppliers to stagger large purchase orders into multiple deliveries creating more of a ‘Just In Time’ scenario.● This also enabled each Material Planner to smooth deliveries across the week to avoid the peaks and troughs, which improved safety within our warehouse.● Much of the work I invested into benefiting organisational objectives, not just my own, went into Standard Operations Procedures (SOP’s).
