Stephen is a hard driving executive who is recognized for his no nonsense approach towards achievement. He is recognized in his industry peer group as an expert and a leader. Stephen is on the cutting edge of supply chain management and analysis. To my knowledge, Stephen initiated the first supply chain working group in the mid-2000's that was hosted by a lower tier supplier. He orchestated the event that included the government customer down to the raw material supplier. His ability to facilitate and reach a concensus with such a diverse group is to be admired. He maintains an excellent balance between customer focused and share holder accountability.
