  Computer support and technical support for all offices of the County of Hawai`i government. I was the only Data Systems employee on the west side of the Big Island. This meant I was intimately responsible for all issues fielded by the Mayor's office, Planning dept, Building dept, DMV, Fire dept, Wastewater, Carpentry dept, and all other County functions. Some typical jobs are: -Installation and configuration of printers, VPN, Outlook, and other needed functions at remote trailers located on roadside job sites. -Answering office phone and helping with any issues brought up by a County employee. -Virus removal, hardware replacement, software repair, and other Windows troubleshooting. -Setting up personal print boxes on large network printers/scanners.
