Overall management and implementation of all IT and Multimedia projects utilizing aspects of scrum framework and agile principles to deliver progress and results frequently. Previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician working with children, teens, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder providing therapy utilizing applied behavior analysis principles to teach a variety of functional living skills from basic communication, to executive functioning skills for older clients. This former position has gained me great experience in psychology and identifying what is motivating for others who are trying to accomplish a goal.
