During my graduate scheme at Atos I was engaged in designing and developing a directory system in SharePoint 2013 for the department of health. I was responsible for the overall UI and UX design, as well as for ensuring that the system met accessibility requirements. I worked closely with the client and accessibility testers to achieve this. I also acted as a SharePoint developer where I worked to implement my UI designs and support my colleagues with other development work.Throughout my graduate scheme I also undertook a number of ILM training courses through training provider QA and achieved an ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills.
