  Stier Racing Is a Formula Student Electric Vehicle team founded by students at MSRIT. At Stier Racing, students design and build formula style electric race cars for formula student competitions like Formula Bharat, Formula Green and Formula Imperial. Stier Racing is one of the flagship student lead projects of MSRIT. • Passionate about electric vehicles, design and development of components and products. • Designed, tested and rectified a number of safety circuits for the Stier Racing car. • Lead the electrical low voltage team and instrumental in development and fixing the issues. • Played a key role in passing the electrical safety inspection of Formula Bharat- 2022 Some of the circuits that I designed • BSPD (Brake System Plausibility Device). • TSAL (Tractive System Active Light). • APPS (Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor). • Pre-charge Circuit. • RTD and RTDS (Ready To Drive and Ready To Drive Sound). • Brake Pedal Plausibility Check.   ATS process optimization project involved optimizing the candidate sourcing process especially profile search, calling the candidates, matching the best available profile with the open requirement. In a traditional candidate sourcing process, recruiter searches for profiles on the job portals based on required skills, calls the candidate and finalizes the candidate. Only limited users on the portals are available to the recruitment team as the portal access is prohibitively expensive. • To address the business challenge and optimize resource utilization and portal utilization, I have designed and developed a process and scripts. • Designed a process to segregate the profile search and the task of calling the candidates. Any caller without signing into job portal can call the candidate based on the captured and curated data in the excel. • collected all the desired profiles as per search criteria. • Created a script that generates an excel file with the data that is as per client’s profile submission template. • Providing ongoing support for the past 3 years and the scripts delivers desired results. • Written script to rank the profiles based on input parameters.
