I had the pleasure of working with Steve while we were both in the Transportation Solutions group at enVista. Steve had a direct customer-facing role, while I dealt with internal customers (which included Steve). Steve is very personable, has a great work ethic, and quickly gains the trust of his peers and clients. Steve is excellent at working through situations that have the potential for conflict. I believe this is because his clients know he is honest, highly responsive to their needs, sincere in his approach, and that he is working to find solutions that are best for them. I am impressed with Steve's ability to simultaneously manage multiple client relationships, especially those that have proven time and again to be difficult.
