A terrific leader, reliable manager and model soldier Stephen has showcased his technical abilities with intelligence in abundance. His faultless management of his team has been particularly impressive and his leadership qualities have been somewhat inspirational. His most admirable trait is his character and demeanour, which undoubtedly aids him in the highly successful coaching and mentoring of his junior tradesmen; allowing them to feel comfortable and confident with the advice/supervision he is giving. Stephen would be a true asset for any positions requiring a motivated, talented technical leader and comes with my highest recommendation.
