Stephanie stepped in to help us out during a tough time in 2020 (during covid lockdown). She took on 2 website design projects as well as guiding us on our core product UX/UI. https://goschoolies.com.au is now live and really demonstrates her ability to understand the information that needed to be conveyed, how to ensure the brand was distinct but not overwhelming and ensure the visitor knows exactly where to find the information they need (and book their trip!) Stephanie is a pleasure to work with. She's always energetic and eager to tackle a challenge. So often in UX the solutions are non-obvious and it takes time to refine with many iterations and feedback from different perspectives. Stephanie happily put out her initial designs and responded to feedback, she was always striving towards the best balance of the requirements. Her attention to detail in the final delivered assets always impressed me given how quickly she delivered them. I would hire her again on any design project. Any team who is lucky enough to get her full time will do great things!

Stephanie is professional, highly energized and motivated graduate UX/UI designer. She brings solid knowledge in software development and the day to day problem-solving skills needed for startups. During the 10 weeks of the Academy Xi UX/UI online immersive course, Stephanie was very active within the group helping out other students with critical feedback and producing high-quality deliverables in a short time frame. These deliverables included: interviews, surveys, user testing, competitor analysis, user flows, wireframes and UI designs. Stephanie also demonstrated that she can create and present high-quality and convincing case studies that identify and solve real-world problems. I can recommend Stephanie to potential employers and I know she will do well in her career move into UX/UI design. Julio Castellano

Girl Geek Academy is a global movement encouraging women to learn technical skills, create startups and build more of the internet. In two years we have run 5 all-female hackathons, created meetups internationally for highly technical women, gathered women in the games industry to build games together, sent Girl Geeks to conferences and have introduced many women to the wonders of 3D printing and making. My role in all this was to make sure every women we reach walks away knowing they've got the tools to make a difference and to support Girl Geeks everywhere. -Mentored over 100 early stage startup founders on the Lean Methodology. -Lead creation of ACMI’s creative tech startup accelerator program. -Headed workshops/hackathons to inspire women and girls to take on roles in the gaming, startup, and 3D printing industries. -Consulted numerous groups and individuals on mentorship, career goals and how to take on tech challenges. Show less

AirDental, a startup in dentistry, aimed to bring dental check-ups into the workplace to make seeing the dentist more convenient. I was in charge of creating the administrative processes, coordinating website/digital content creation, and growing the client portfolio. - Laid down organisational processes of company office, from on-boarding new staff, creating an intuitive filing system for documentation, and all ad-hoc duties, resulting in greater office efficiency and clearer communication for all people in the company. - Formalised the operational systems and procedures, including client database management, dental stock management, and on-site logistical coordination. - Grew AirDental’s online presence by 100% through leading website content creation, building a fan base on Facebook, and producing a 3 minute promo video. - Established new client relationships, doubling the client portfolio and generating strong ties with NAB and over 20 small businesses across the Melbourne city centre area. Show less
