It is my responsibly to prepare food and beverages, wait tables, clean the entirety of the bar and service areas, replenishment and control stock. This position also requires light paperwork duties, point of sales experience and up selling. It is my job to ensure that the customers experience is the best it can be, while also ensuring that the pub is taken care of, kept clean, hygienic and in a good condition. This includes taking food orders, communicating with staff effectively, following up with complaints and queries, preparing and serving food and beverages to the highest quality as quickly as possible. As apart of working in all bars of the hotel I am also responsible for basic TAB use. This includes collection of funds, balancing the cash drawer, checking ID where appropriate, following the strict rules and guidelines of TAB, refilling EBT paper rolls and ensuring customer satisfaction while the correct collections and payments were made.
