Your knowledge of the process, the personnel issues (landmines actually) that you walked us through, your fair treatment of all the candidates and your personal concern for everyone in the process, was just AWESOME. The eleven candidates that you first presented, of the 100's that you had to go through, could have all done the job for us and been great. Then you helped us get that down to four candidates, all of them superstars! The board got to see those four candidates and the quality of executive's that are out there (which helped minimize their time involved, but gave them an idea of the expectations we should all have for our executive officer). It was especially nice that the board decided on the in-house candidate,.
