Stephanie is an exceptional design talent. In a small start-up type environment she proved to excel at all aspects of design. Concept and theme, brand development and extension within the products including logo and label details. Innovative of multiple new design types across all categories and a great technical expertise in regards to quality and fit. She is very good at all categories from woven's, knits, bottoms and outwear. Most my experience has been having multiple designers and tech designers across these genres but Stephanie did all of them above expectation.
