Steph is one of the kindest people I know. She had an ability to work within a team and get complex projects over the line which was impressive to me. As a Product Manager, I saw Steph soak in a ton of information, identify problems, opportunities, and desired outcomes, and position a team towards the goal. I hope our paths cross again in our careers and I'm glad to have worked with her.

Steph took control and made sure everyone was on the same page. This project saw more edge cases and last minute requirement changes than any project I’ve worked on and Steph coordinated all of it flawlessly in addition to the many other projects on her plate. Her organization and management allowed me to focus on my part of the project. Not only is Steph very organized, but she also actively spends time thinking of creative solutions to difficult problems. She is always thinking about how to create the best possible user experience for our customers.
