I Became a senior in 6 months at the job that some being there 5+ years had still not made. I did this by achieving the numbers that senior agents were and maintaining those every month. My first year at company I made the million dollar club. Making the company over a million in revenue in a year. I am the first girl that ever has made this club and also doing there first year at the job. There is only 6 in the company that have made this club and 3 have been here for 15+ years.
