As the Head of Marketing and E-commerce at IMAGO SONAS, I have played a crucial role in elevating the company to a new level. I have accomplished this by establishing a more formal department and assembling a talented team to work alongside me. Throughout my time, I have undertaken a variety of initiatives to drive growth and success for the company. For instance, I have helped to prepare a CVI, maintain our CRM, and relaunch our websites multiple times, all while optimizing our conversion rates, and taking care of our branding strategy. Another important aspect of my work has been to develop SOPs and establish structure around our many interdisciplinary tasks using the Monday system. This has allowed us to work more efficiently and effectively, ensuring that we meet our objectives and deadlines consistently.
