Stephanie is a solid HR Professional with strong recruitment skills. She was part of my Talent Acquisition team for 9 months and definitely someone I could rely on: her ability to take charge of a process, to work autonomously, to use her critical thinking and problem solving when facing a difficult situation have been key to sort some tricky recruitment processes. I used to say that whatever I gave to Stephanie, I could forget about, and this to me is still one of her main strenghts - the ability to own completely a task, without any further input needed. The idea that everything can be figured out. The calm attitude in new situations. I am sure Stephanie has a brilliant career ahead of her and any company that will hire her will greatly benefit from her charisma and approach to work.
